Build Green New Mexico is a program offered by the Foundation for Building to certify new homes meet the extraordinary requirements to qualify for the Sustainable Building Tax Credits offered by the state. These tax credits may be applied to the purchase price of a new home or passed along to the buyer to claim during their first year of homeownership.
