The Construction Industries Division (CID) is in the process of amending the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code in anticipation of its adoption in 2011. The files below contain the proposed changes to the IECC that will become the New Mexico Energy Conservation Code. It is expected these proposals will be the subject of public hearings in June 2010.

2009 IECC Chapter 5 amendments for commercial construction.
